His Excellency Wang Yi, State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, departed today after concluding his two-day official visit to the Maldives.
During the visit, the State Councilor paid a courtesy call on President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih today. He also led the Chinese Delegation at the bilateral discussions held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, State Councilor Wang Yi and Foreign Minister Shahid unveiled the official logo symbolising the occasion.
